Foundation year requirements
To apply for an foundation course at LSBU you need to have one of the following:
- Caribbean Examinations Council Secondary Education Certificate (grades 1-3)

Undergraduate course requirements
To apply for an undergraduate course at LSBU you need one of the following:
- University Foundation Course
- International Baccalaureate
- A Levels
- Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE)
If your qualification is higher than this, level please see the information for postgraduates.
Postgraduate course requirements
To apply for an postgraduate course at LSBU you need to have one of the following:
- Bachelor degree
Please note: three years of managerial experience is required for the MBA.

Visa information
As a Barbadian national you will need to obtain a student visa or equivalent to be able to study with us at LSBU. The main route for students to come to the UK to study is the General student visa. It is also important to refer to the information and student visa Policy Guidance which is available on the Home Office website. You should also check the visa processing times if you are applying from Barbados.
